Ruined by Narrator

I think an unabridged story, performed by someone else, would have been enjoyable, but this abridged book could have been edited better, in my opinion. This was one of the worse narrations I've heard. The only thing that made it tolerable was she had a pleasant voice, but the voice she used for her characters were so unbelievable. Some voices were harsh when they should have been soft, sounded angry when they should have been read with compassion, etc. It was not an easy book to listen to, because her reading was so contradictory to the scenes
