Good Series

I enjoyed this series, They were suspensful as well as romantic. The twin brothers were mentioned in every series, but never showed up at any family events, I wonder whether EL ever plans to write a story for them. I would love to hear them. The narrator is good as well.

Great!

I've always loved this story and I love Elizabeth's books. When I first bought this story unabridged, I had bought it in cassette form but when I tried to look for it on CD form it wasn't available which was disappointing because cassettes disintegrate and of course that's what happened with mine, so when I got the opportunity to listen to it again on audible I did not hesitate and it was just as good as it was the first time I listened to it. So I recommend all of her books. I just love this author. I hope you enjoy when you listen

Ruby Bayou

This is a long time favorite. I’ve read the book a dozen times at least. So happy to see it in audio book form. The narrator did a pretty good job. Some of her voice choices were confusing, but overall I was happy with the listening experience.

Excellent , informative, sexy , twists

If you could sum up Midnight in Ruby Bayou in three words, what would they be?

Didn't want it to end.

Did the plot keep you on the edge of your seat? How?

You knew something was going to happen , but didn't know quite when and WHO.

What about Robin Rowan’s performance did you like?

Excellent, a great soothing voice and the change overs were smooth. Going from female to male that smooth must be difficult.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

When they found out who had the ruby and why the person took them.

Any additional comments?

I have read this whole series and enjoyed , not all perfect but no book can have it all.I have recommended it to all my friends.

Awful voices from narrator

Dont know about story line couldn’t get past voices coming from narrator. Sounded like children. Have heard the person do other books very well so director must have been off the mark.
