Amazing, so easy and I have already started to ...

Amazing, so easy and I have already started to lose weight. Had my doubts at first but I am so glad I took the steps to do this. Make sure to follow all the instructions and don't try to take short cuts. Highly recommend it to anyone struggling with weight problems and I understand as I have tried so many things in the past, this is the best.

Highly recommend

Excellent book. this book and think that fasting is a good way to ‘cleanse’ and get healthy the right way. I sense the need for discipline whenever I get into the fasting habit and see that it’s slowly beginning to work in my life as well. Highly recommend this book.

Like this on a lot

This book allows me to eat what I want as long as I'm hungry. Sounds like less stressful advice than the advice given by diets. I need less stress about eating, so am giving this book a chance.

This very interesting audible book

Talk about sceptics, I rated right at the top of the list and then some. I've tried so many things to curb the appetite. That's not a lot in some standards. I also exercise. Problem is as you age your metabolism tends to tank. My thyroid decided to also. This system is dynamic. No pills, etc, suppressed appetite and I feel so good, energy, awesome.

Just awesome listen book

I am very impress with this book, because i know so many new things from this book. Hypnosis is not a circus trick! It’s a powerful technique that can heal your body image issues, make you stop overeating, fix your mind-body connection and help you discover the joy of physical activity – all this will make you lose weight fast, without the dreaded yo-yo effect. If you want to know about this things properly, then I think this book will be best for you. I’m very glad to purchase and read this book. I'll without a doubt prescribe this book to my loved ones.
