Mindfulness for Everyone

I read the book recently and really enjoyed it. I got a lot of information that helped to open my eyes to what I need to do to get back into practice with mindfulness. I was enthused and determined to practice. But then I finished it and moved on to the next book. I thought about it but didn't follow up.

I received a review copy in exchange for my honest and unbiased review. I was glad to review this information and got a lot out of hearing it even if I did read it recently. I will listen to this over and over as I feel it will be a good reminder to practice mindfulness. I like that you can listen to Audibles from your Echo so you can multi task. It was a good recording and I got a lot out of it.

However, I do enjoy Marta's voice and although the lady who did the narration did a good job, I missed hearing Marta read this in her own voice.

Really an excellent book.

Very pragmatic and easy to understand, short and very profound. Just what needed, much better than another book I just read.

Good Listen!

Helpful resource for those thinking about incorporating mindfulness into their daily lives. Love the power and simplicity behind the concepts discussed. Opened my eyes to a few new ways of looking at things. Nicely done!

Great Audiobook

As a person who is tapping into being more mindful of the things I do daily this audiobook has helped guide me in the right direction into where and how to start being more mindful with my everyday decisions. Thank you Marta and I will be listening to your other audiobooks on here

Political Correctness

This sells pitch of a book by a person who fits into all the norms - white, straight, whatever else has opinions about our political correctness. I prefer to hear from people who have actually been through something when thinking about overcoming it. If you want popcorn and absolutely no substance while also being sold a bill of goods by a real privileged person who is not qualified to do this in any way this is your book.

Instead of buying this book take a deep breath, look at something and see it for the object that it is.

I could have written

I guess to write a mindfulness book all you need is a pen. I think I could have written this in one sitting.

Would not Recommend.

Narrator was extremely hard to listen to . Have many books on Mindfulness and this is my least favorite.
