Publisher's summary

We live in a world of darkness and shadows, where monsters hide and aim to ruin. And they did. They ruined us and turned our dreams into nightmares. But now we're back. And we're fighting. Not just for us,or for each other but for our light.

More Than Loved This

McLean knows how to torture readers with these angst-filled stories. I didn't think it could get more emotional but she did it again. The time lapse meshes into the book -and the whole series- and takes readers out the other end with a long awaited HEA.

Best of the series so far

Have to read whole series to understand the story line. I cried a lot in this book. I hope the next is just as good. Really good do not miss out.

loved the story...but not the narration

I love this author and I actually read the first book of this series. For this one I opted for the audiobook. wrong choice. the story is good but the male narrator was not...esp with the female voices. If you are easily turned off by bad narration...read the book instead.

Logan Pt. 2 - Perfection - except for the narrator

Logan is my favorite character in this series (Dylan a close 2nd). This 2 book story was befitting the complexities of his history, present and future. I am glad I read this book first though, the same narrators from More Than Her, and as much as I enjoy Tatiana Sokolov, Charles Constant can NOT do female voices. It is painful to listen to the full book. He makes the women sound ridiculous and it does totally take away from the story. It is such a shame, because the book itself is amazing. Heart-wrenching, heartwarming, it takes you through the full gambit. Don't waste a credit on it though. Buy the ebook and spare your ears.
I gave the ebook 5 *

More Than Amazing

I have read this book and now I have listened and there is nothing better than cozying up to a Jay McLean book and losing yourself. More Than Him continues Logan and Amanda's story but also updates you on all the other More Than crew. It has everything you expect in a McLean book leaving you with all sorts of feels.

Charles and Tatiana do a great job in their performance but I really wish Charles would lose his female voice that is a whiny whisper. I am exaggerating, it's not that bad but it's enough to distract from what an amazing story this is.

Worth the credit, no doubt. If you have no credits, fork over the money because it is THAT GOOD.

Excellent conclusion to Amanda and Logan’s story

4.5 stars!

I am quickly becoming addicted to Jay McLean’s writing. I am kicking myself for taking so long to try her books. Her writing is phenomenal. More than Him is the conclusion to More than Her. It is emotional, angsty and steamy. Amanda and Logan are tough. They are resilient and stronger together after all they endured. I devoured this in one sitting. Logan is home after spending a year doing Doctors Without Borders. The moment he runs into Amanda again and they lock eyes he knows he will do everything possible to make her his again and never let her go. Their journey is a rollercoaster of emotion and is so beautiful. The message this book portrays is one of friendship, forgiveness, hope and healing. I loved the slow build to forgiveness. The two really put in the work. Their love story and connection is undeniable. After the ending I am dying for Cameron and Lucy’s story next in More Than Forever.
