Same Life, New Adventures

Rudeus Greyrat has finally emerged victorious from the showdown at Biheiril Kingdom. With his hard-fought battle over, he can finally rest easy and put his adventuring days behind him.

Yeah right! The epic fight may be done, but the story of the Jobless Reincarnation cast is far from over. There's still Norn's wedding, Lucie's first day at school, hunting down marriage partners for Dohga and Isolde, and then...is that Ghislaine?!

Get ready for a bounty of antics and action from the Mushoku Tensei universe as the story continues!

Very pleased we got redundancy, just ties up all my concerns with a nice pretty bow.

Felt much more fulfilling.

Thank you Cliff for the year long journey. I hope that further light novels are released for this series and look forward to future productions you star in.

Nice closure to this long journey.

For those that loved series think of these as world building and set up for when the sequel series comes. You know what's coming but it's also important to know what might influence the personalities, thoughts, experiences and, what's going to shape their lives for when we meet them again in the sequel.

That's I guess the best way to describe what this part of the seires is about.

Remember it's all about the journey not the destination for now.

Great as usual I have enjoyed this whole series. Excellent narrative Excellent narration. This starts filling the emptiness of finishing the original story.

I only rated it down a little because the author still has not learned to have a little more faith in his audience and continues to spell everything out in exhausting detail in crayon. I excused this somewhat in earlier volumes because he wasn't a seasoned writer. Also it's become painful listening to rudeus try and think his way through a problem he just heard the solution to in the last scene like a fresh hatchling new to the world that didn't just hear all the relevant fact a chapter or volume back. I'm sure it's partly supposed to be comedic and imbibe the shonen oblivious protagonist trope but it keeps coming off to me as inco

good story as usual writer's flaws are wearing on me a little
