Hans Heinrich was a nobody guard for the Third Reich that stumbled his way into a mission to take down an Alien-Nazi conspiracy. With his lewd comrade Herman, Hans tries to stay alive through a calamity of obstacles in places from spacecraft to brothels. Learning that the alien conspiracy is more personal than he ever thought, Hans has to try keep his sanity while taking down the nefarious collaborators.

Fantastic Narration

The background behind this story is unique, the main character and his sidekick are reluctant German soliders during WW2. After meeting an alien entity, the pair agree to work against the nazis. I found the book to be fast paced enough that it kept my attention throughout. The humor really worked well; I'm not a laugh out loud type of person, particularly when listening to an audiobook, but found myself doing just that on numerous occasions. I'll seek out more of this author's work based on that alone!
Narration was good, there are some areas that would benefit from additional editing, but not to the point where the issues are a distraction. As with the writing, the best part of the narration was the humor; his deadpan delivery of the jokes really worked well.
