This is a great book.

Trance Bloom is perfect. A mix of motivation & actionable Affirmations. I've followed a bunch of his Hypnosis and Affirmations and got outstanding results as well.

Highly recommended

Great really seemed to help me break my bad habits. I was sceptical at first. But after trying only 3 nights in a row of listening while I slep, i noticed the next few days I found myself able to handle tasks and not procrastinate as much as I used too.

Get Motivated, good one.

This book offered an exciting concept, and a lot of it resonated with me. The difficulty I had with the book was I appeared to fit into multiple categories, and it was difficult to peg where which type I was. The concept made sense, and maybe I'm an exception, and most fall into one well-defined category.
I believe most of the book is based on research vs. art which could be just as valid if one is looking for patterns.
