Tiny changes are transforming our lives
I adore this book! We all have to know that tiny changes are transforming our lives and lead to our goals. Each Tiny Change we make is an accomplishment for itself. It is a stage towards our intention and ought to be celebrated. The prizes don't need to be enormous. Every time I reward myself for my difficult work and progress, I feel that little sparkle of inspiration and motivation. That makes me go forward on my life journey.

Satisfied with this audible
Most people buy books like this, listen to them, but in the end, do not apply any of the tips offered. When I started I made a strong decision to follow the tips in the book. I started changing my daily routine. I hiked to work, once a week I drank one more coffee with friends, I started paying attention to small things. And you know what? I noticed that I feel more positively satisfied and enjoying my life.

Make big changes with tiny reminders!
I'm so happy I got this book. It's such an important reminder to make "tiny changes everyday".(Keyword on EVERYDAY!) I was just watching a video on the power of committing to a daily practice and now i've just finished this book that reiterates the same philosophy. Sigh! it's crazy how the universe just keeps providing me with more resources to keep this mentality going! I love how kind and supportive the tone of the book is. It really helps to switch your perspective on a big intimidating goal you have as long as you don't underestimate the POWER of tiny constant changes to improve yourself.
This book is for you if you feel stuck in a rut and need a supportive push to start moving again. Many books out there preach in a "tough love" kind of tone which doesn't work the best for me because i am already in a low mood. However, if you function better with "tough love", it might not suit your taste. Doesn't matter to me though, because as long as I resonate with the message(which i absolutely do for this book), then I'm absorbing it! The key takeaway i got from this book is PATIENCE. I've learned that very rarely do sustainable things come quickly, there are NO shortcuts to something that really fills up your heart. Thank you Tony Strong for this simple but important lesson. It might sound like a broken record but having patience is soooo important in our instant gratification world. LOVE the step-by-step process - it's tiny and manageable but so empowering and sustainable. (I received a free copy of this book to leave an honest voluntarily review)

Exactly what i wanted!
Tony's tactics for getting a more purposeful and fulfilled life just suits me. They are simple, well stated, and most importantly they are extremely relevant. All of them are adaptable to anyone’s specific needs and that’s where power lies. Chapters 5 and 8 are most thought provoking for me.

Why I give Tony a five star review.
I was really bored of books that provide advice for changing my life but just theoretical. This is the first book that offers actual steps and tactics I can apply and take action in my daily life immediately. That is the reason why I give Tony a five star review. "Tiny changes" is the no 1 book in my library!
