Worth the listen
Anxiety is not a new concept and people who are suffering from social anxiety often also suffer from depression, that is why it is essential to address this problem. The book shares a lot of tips and clinical techniques for resolving this problem. I think this is made and designed very well and am enjoying listening to it. I definitely recommend it to people struggling with social anxiety and social anxiety disorder. Completely worth the listen!

This audiobook has taught me to recognize that I people-please constantly. I was astonished at the extent of my people-pleasing during a normal day. Reading this audiobook also gave me clues as to how social anxiety has impacted many areas of my life. I found this audiobook to be life-changing. However, you must consider that there is a lot of work you yourself must put into it. If you're serious about overcoming social anxiety and doing the work to make it happen, then this audiobook is perfect for you.
