Gave me hope
Loved it. It identifies the problem, and then provides you with the solution. It was almost like it was written specifically about and for me. Worth the listen
Anxiety is not a new concept and people who are suffering from social anxiety often also suffer from depression, that is why it is essential to address this problem. The book shares a lot of tips and clinical techniques for resolving this problem. I think this is made and designed very well and am enjoying listening to it. I definitely recommend it to people struggling with social anxiety and social anxiety disorder. Completely worth the listen!

This audiobook has taught me to recognize that I people-please constantly. I was astonished at the extent of my people-pleasing during a normal day. Reading this audiobook also gave me clues as to how social anxiety has impacted many areas of my life. This audiobook has provided a great framework for moving past my social anxiety and I highly recommend it. I found this audiobook to be life-changing. However, you must consider that there is a lot of work you yourself must put into it. If you're serious about overcoming social anxiety and doing the work to make it happen, then this audiobook is perfect for you. I think this is an excellent audiobook, and if you work hard on all the exercises and studying the techniques, you will gain new skills to overcome social anxiety and worry.

Helped me understand social anxiety
This audiobook is excellent. Many of the audiobooks out there discussing social improvement focus on ways to appear appealing to others and outwardly friendly. This audiobook focuses on how to deal with your inner psychology, which has a much larger impact on your ability to be socially confident. It's really helping me understand my social anxiety.

This audiobook is amazing, eye-opening, and life-changing! It will not only help you get over your social anxiety, but it improves and enhances your relationships!
