Great book, written with friendly conversational style

This book is addressed to MSP owners, or as the author calls them: Technology Success Partners (TSP), but in reality, I think it is useful for all business owners running a B2B model. It is short and laser-focused, respecting our attention spam and has great practical examples to package your pricing based on good, better, and best value delivering proposals. I wonder however, if Nigel's point of view regarding how AI is reshaping the industry has changed since the day this book was published until now. I hope I can ask him that question soon :)
