Welcome to Paradise. Sandy beaches. Crystalline waters. An all-inclusive resort with virtually everything you can think of. A true idyllic paradise.

An event is taking place at Paradise Club that wasn’t on the brochure: a dangerous game pitting the hotel’s guests against a gang of bloodthirsty maniacs. Elliot Harper—family man and FBI agent—is about to find out how fast heaven can become hell when every single vacationer is forced to become a ruthless killer in order to survive. A team of killers have been unleashed, and they won't stop until every single guest is dead.

Let the mayhem begin....

I know why it has high reviews

The reason why this book has high reviews is because it wouldn’t let me leave a bad review.

Meh

This book added nothing to my life. Wasn’t bad enough to quit but no reward in the end. My advice is to skip it. Even on sale.

VIOLENCE AND PLOTLESS

It was like reading an M rated video game. Only redeeming quality was the performance.

Weird Wild Gruesome

If you like gratuitous violence and lots of it, if you get a kick from crazed lunatics, if you get a kick out of inane plot movements you’ll enjoy this book. Suspenseful and interesting. I liked it

Promising beginning, dumb ending

Started off well and had lots of promise. The ending was bizarre and really silly

Joe Hempel narrates this Tim Meyer novel brilliantly. Tim Meyer gives us much more story than most action slasher type stories do, while still providing an extreme amount of horror and tension. Way too over the top!

The story was bizarre
I didn’t realize it was a sci fi/ video game motif. Not my thing!

A Riveting Horror Odyssey

I recently had the pleasure of delving into the captivating world of "Paradise Club," a departure from my usual literary choices. Authored by Tim Meyer, this thrilling tale took me on an unexpected rollercoaster of twists and turns, keeping me on the edge of my seat.

As I navigated the dangerous game within the confines of an idyllic resort, the author's storytelling prowess shone through. Meyer's ability to weave a narrative filled with tension, thrills, and unexpected surprises made this book stand out. His unique approach to horror and the meticulous author's notes at the end added depth to the story, providing a fascinating glimpse into the creative process. The author's notes not only explained key aspects but also transformed the entire context of the story for me.

Choosing the audiobook, narrated by Joe Hempel, was a brilliant decision. Hempel's skillful narration complemented Meyer's story, enhancing the overall experience. "Paradise Club" is not just a tale of mayhem but a testament to Meyer's storytelling mastery, making it a must-read for those seeking an unconventional horror adventure.
