Eye-opening truths
I was totally engrossed in this book from start to finish. I had no idea that I was engaged in self-sabotage because essentially I didn’t understand what self-sabotage was. I learnt so much about myself from this book. From the advice in the book, I realise that I must embark on an incremental approach to change to improve my mindset and eliminate imposter syndrome.
I genuinely believe that the material is useful to everyone who wants help to love self and to make better choices, and in the process improve the quality of their lives.

In-Depth Look into the Self
Wow.. where to begin with this book. This speaks to those who feel like their self worth is low, the impostor syndrome, the lazy folks and those who feel like their are wasting their life. This book is so assuring because you are not alone! I love how the author goes into depth about the many self destructive forms and more importantly how to remedy and self care through those times. Those negative feelings do NOT have to define who we are, we can change and grow for the better. I will definitely be giving this book another listen.

Not easy, but worth it
I enjoyed the chapter on overcoming the resistance to change. I always realized this self-sabotaging thing was an issue, but I didn't really know how to connect that information with change. This put it into perspective and invited me to think about pressing into discomfort as getting the healing I needed. I've already started recognizing improvements in my behavior! Highly Recommend!

Amazing!
I have been the queen of self-sabotage. As soon as things start to go my way, I stop it in it's tracks. This book is a wonderful guide to learn how to stop the destruction. If you are like me and have a tendancy to burn everything, as soon as it gets good, I recommend listening to this!

Great listen!
My friend gave me this book, and I didn't know what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. I loved the 22 examples of self-sabotage and the section on imposter syndrome. This book was filled with so many nuggets, I will be listening to it again. The narrator also had a very pleasant voice to listen to.

Helped me overcome my overthinking! A+
I've constantly been my own worst enemy when it comes to making decisions. I constantly overthink things that have caused immense harm in my personal life. It leads to constant tardiness, making flawed decisions, and being stubborn. This book taught me tremendous tools and tricks to recognize overthinking when it is happening and to overcome it.
I've read so many books, listened to countless audiobooks, and read a ton online and nothing had been a successful tool for me until I picked up this audiobook and committed to it three months ago. I cannot tell you the impact it has had on my life and the relationships I have with others. I highly recommend this to anyone overcoming any personal obstacles. Easily five stars!

Great book to improve mindset!
Most people are probably guilty of self sabotage, just like myself, and it can never hurt to try to overcome such a thing. This book is a great resource for learning about how you may be self-sabotaging and how to stop it. There are loads of tips and tricks included and the book also goes into why we self-sabotage in the first place, and just being aware of that can help you combat it. I definitely recommend this book!
