A great stress reliever and helped my mental focus and clarity. This is a must have for your audio library. Get ready for a phenomenal brain life hack.

I primarily use this program to lull me to sleep. As it is calming and uses breathing exercises. For that it works fine but it does seem to be missing a chapter at the beginning.

Sometimes I think it's just enough that I put my attention into ::wanting:: to have better memory and be more clear about things in life. Or perhaps it's this audio recording sleep learning system. Whatever it is, after putting this on almost invariably I will be in a situation where I think, 'wow I can't believe I remembered that !! That's so cool !'

So... it works. This is the easiest way to shape my world into something I am proud of. Thank you.

I like how well this set of tracks relaxes and puts me in a better frame of mind. Always helps me when I'm having trouble getting relaxed enough to sleep. Great tool after a tough day at work. Defiantly seems to help me wake up feeling better rested as well.

I have a few of Joel's Hypnotherapy Audiobooks and I have to say I do notice a change. I leave them on for most of the night and have found myself more motivated and more focused. I have had a problem with focus my whole life, not enough to say ADD but enough to wander around aimlessly for 15 mins now and then, forgetting why I walked into a room. I will continue to listen as I know change doesn't happen in one night!

I don't know if I can remember things better but it helps me get to sleep. The positive talk makes me feel as if I can achieve to have photographic memory. Voice seems normal and calming and background music is perfect. Would be nice to separately adjust voice and background music like some of the hypnosis apps have.

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

If it was not an audible hypnotist show, I would have given it maybe 2 stars.

The narrator did his job. The ocean sounds and the sense of being brainwashed also attributed to the lovely "narration" I experienced.
