Inspiring book both for business owners as well as
I`ve recently read Steve Preda`s new book, Buyable, that provides proven methods how to create a Self-Managing, Fast-Growing and High Profit Business. The book is a real page turner and Steve perfectly matches his extensive practical experience with his theoretical knowledge how to make a business buyable. I learned about 7 Management Concepts and how to utilize different types of Management Blueprints to create a profitable and scalable business through practical stories. It was a true eye opener to understand the array of implementable processes how to drive growth and value with an end goal reaching your ideal life you desire. I can only recommend this inspiring book both for business owners as well as corporate individuals as it will truly get you thinking what areas you might miss currently that worth to focus on creating a better version of your business.

Great Blueprint
Very useful, practical guide to positioning your business for the best exit. The author pulls from his real life experience brokering the sale of businesses so it's not just theoretical advice. Well read and well organized.

For the Real World
Steve Preda gets it because he has done it in the real world. Too many business authors preach campus idealism rather than management how-to. And they write for and about the Fortune 100 or the next-big-thing, sexy Silicon Valley startup.
Here is a book for us - some 20 million US business owners outside of Wall Street and SoCal. We do not need more preaching on “Start with Why,” “people before profit.” mission/vision/values blah blah. We understand that “sustainability” is about business survival. Our focus is on “Equity” - the value of our Enterprise. And that is ok. It is more than ok. It is how business is done in the real world. We think building a successful business is our contribution to the world. Thanks, Steve, for the philosophy and the practical advice.
