Nothing Mind Blowing But Still A Great Book

Great book filled with tips on staying positive. Nothing you probably haven't already heard or read on any given mindfulness forum but a refresher course is always helpful. Many times the author eludes to becoming wealthy or acquiring money as possible outcomes, which isn't necessarily bad, but it makes the book feel like a "get rich by visulization" scheme at times.

Great performance by the narrator.

As you near the end of reading this you will understand how your emotions anger, resentment and hatred will create a sick unhealthy state of mind. I recommend you read this if you are having a mental mid life crisis, or experiencing a 'breakdown' loss of confidence. It all comes together and is basically common sense. We create our world through our thoughts. This book will help you remember the confident person you once were. Recapturing this mentality is not that difficult. You can manifest your old self again. It,s up to you to find your way back.

This audiobook completely changed my mind. I found out what was lacking in my life and changed it. This actually makes you feel good and helps you become a better person. A must listen!!!
