I am now on the 3rd re-listening of the audiobook because it contains so many useful exercises and kernels of wisdom you can apply to your life, immediately, for high impact results. I have already recommended this to a friend who voiced interest in the topic. I don't say this lightly when I state that this audible has changed my life for the positive. Thank you, Dara Montano.
