Cumulative effect
I thought it was a dud until I started listening night after night. Now, I can tell a positive difference in the way I am received by others. I didn’t have problems before, but clearly I’ve taken my game to a different level. The odd thing is, I don’t think I’m acting any differently than before. Clearly, I’ve changed for the better. But because it is the result of sleep hypnosis, I can’t figure out what I’m doing differently.

not bad
been going to sleep with this for a month now it's good except for the guy at the end that yells while you are asleep. I don't know why they put that in.
