Publisher's summary

All I ever wanted was to keep her safe. The last thing I expected was to fall for the bastards trying to hurt her.

The Reapers of Caspian Hills are powerful men. So powerful that when my idiotic stepfather offered them my little sister, I knew no one in their right mind would try to stop them. But I never claimed to be totally sane.

Offering myself in Alex's place was borderline suicidal, but I strolled into the lion's den anyway. While the brothers definitely lived up to their ruthless reputation, I discovered they had a weakness after all—me.

Belonging to these men put an immediate target on my back. Now that we've grown closer, every stranger I meet may be secretly out to get me. In this world filled with violence, deception, and cruelty, I've never felt more at home.

Our enemies may think I'm just an insignificant little pet to Atlas, Ezra, Tristan, and Cyrus, but they'll soon find out… I am their Queen, and damn, was I born to wear this crown.

Queen of The Reapers is book two of The Reapers of Caspian Hills, a dark mafia series where our heroine will end up with multiple love interests. This book ends on a cliffhanger, and their story will end with a HEA in book three. Intended for mature listeners.

Annoyed

I’m sorry the fmc is just being unreasonable, whinny and her inner monologue is just so annoying. I loved the first book but it’s like the fmc has had a complete personality change and not for the better. It’s like all the progress she made personally and with other relationships is gone out the window. She has become so unnecessarily fickle that in my opinion is taking away from her character. I think I could understand if it seemed more like a temporary lapse of bad judgment moments in preparation for the big realization moment but no all and mean almost the whole book is her being childish, irrational ,oblivious , and unapologetic but expecting no demanding so much better and more from the men. Again if her inner monologue even hinted that she realizes all that she’s causing, creating all the unnecessary drama it wouldn’t be so bad. Hopefully the next book makes up for it.

Disappointed

I’ve read MANY dark reverse harem & mafia books, but this is the first reverse harem series that I won’t be finishing. The first book was great, the pacing made sense and you got a good grasp on the characters. I was so excited to read this one but it fell flat. listening to the FMCs inner monologue sounded more like a 14 year old girl than a woman in her 20s. It felt overly whiny and very little progress in the story was made. The character development wasn’t there and the FMC didn’t seem to have many redeeming qualities as to why 4 men would fall in love with her and would want to stay with her after all the situations she puts them in. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this one made me want my money back. The narrators did a great job.
