Amazing!

This audiobook is just what I wanted. I had gained weight in the last 4 years when I started my new job. I had a new lifestyle and it totally messed up with my body. I have tried a lot of diet practices, and exercises, but being consistent has always been a problem, and thus, never could reduce my weight. But this book is a new perspective in my weight loss journey, and I am glad to have come across this title.
