What better time to listen to this book than now! No matter where you are at in life, if you are looking to turn things around, it is never too late! I’m so thankful I decided to listen to this. I appreciate that the author is talking about gut health and how important this is in maintaining a healthy life. I feel more prepared and reminded how important this is in my life.
