What a fantastic book and resource to have. There was so many things on this book that I was like "Wow I did not know that" and just got my mind blown, Information was just fantastic, it was narrated and written very well! Very Practical and Helpful!

Just this morning, I woke up feeling tired from a poor night’s sleep, and was desperate to find a way to fix my insomnia problem. Eureka! This audiobook was exactly what I have been needing. Who would have thought my morning fatigue and brain-fog could be resolved by what I eat! Excellent!

Just to learn the six types of foods to eat, along with a 7-day meal plan to boost gut health, was enough to make this a great investment. But to also learn how foods can contribute to mood swings, and depression made this a great find indeed.

This audio book was a real eye opener, and I now put a lot more thought into what I’m eating. The audiobook is well organized, and the narration was really well done— it was truly an enjoyable and educational listening experience.

I highly recommend this book to anyone wanting to improve their health, and boost their sense of well-being to achievable new heights.

Food Equals Mood!

This book is jammed-packed with so much fascinating information about our gut health. For example, I had no idea that 95% of the serotonin our body produces is in our gut! No wonder I always feel down after I eat junk all day. I always thought it was from the guilt of eating poorly, but the author teaches us that it's so much more than that. The narrator's voice was calming and clear, and I look forward to starting the seven-day meal plan outlined in this book! I highly recommend this book to anyone looking to eat better and feel amazing!
