Essential for women!
A friend of mine recently introduced me to hormones and the role they could be playing in some of my health problems. I was completely clueless so I decided to learn as much as I could about it (I have been desperate to find some kind of natural solution to fight some stubborn symptoms). I really liked this book as I found that is a very complete and unique guide to learn everything about your hormones (the fact that is oriented for women is very important for me as, in the past, I have tried techniques that were widely spread but that turned out to have an opposite effect on women). I have been on it for a couple of days and I am looking forward to see the results. I can say that I'm very optimistic and I believe that is going to help me!

So glad I found this for a friend!
Max Hampton has clearly written this book from experience and knowledge. Hampton delivers great information on topics like healthy bodies, how hormones affect each woman differently, diet and exercise, stress management and more. I picked up this book for someone who always is talking about needing to get her body "back into balance" and I think this is the one!
Hampton gives a ton of strategies to help understand the process to balance everything out, gives great recipes too!
