I really liked this book as I found that is a very complete and unique guide to learn everything about your hormones (the fact that is oriented for women is very important for me as, in the past, I have tried techniques that were widely spread but that turned out to have an opposite effect on women). I have been on it for a couple of days and I am looking forward to see the results. I can say that I'm very optimistic and I believe that is going to help me!
