This is a great book to have on audible and hard copy. I loved it! I’m purchasing the hard copy so that I can have all of the recipes written out and to better follow the 2-week plan! Thanks for the great insights! I also listened to Bulletproof on audible. Head Strong was great because it gave me simple takeaways at the end of each chapter to apply/put into action immediately! I live in NYC so the simplicity of having 3-4 takeaways and a detailed but doable plan to follow is helpful!

I’ve already put some things into practice and I feel the benefits.

Tremendously Insightful
One of the most insightful books I have listened to. While there is a lot of self promotion it is clear that the author has invested his life into this mission and created a business around that. Regardless the content is more in depth than the majority of health orientated books out there.

Crucial information for thriving in 2017
Just buy it and read it. Most hacks are simple to implement, and Dave offers more advanced hacks for those who want to go there. Most hacks cost nothing. Excellent!!!!!
