Didn't know what I didn't know.
I thought I knew nutrition, my physiology, how to get high performance.
I didn't know s***.
What I didn't know was costing my Health, Energy , and my performance.

Head strong is too strong with facts
Author has in-depth know how and has gone to extreme levels to find facts on human body. Good listening. However, average listeners like me who are not well versed with scientific terms will get lost sometimes in between. Author has done his part to explain each detail but I just could not keep up. Too much to absorb in one book. Very thoughtful and interesting facts. Thanks.
