Younger Me!
Wow, I mean sometime we neglect our own self because of the things around us. We tend to adjust and we tend to be occupied with what we need to do or not to do. Or saying to ourselves that we are old and we cannot do it anymore. This audiobook motivates us to rediscover ourselves. The things that we can still do like being happy, being playful with our families. Inner child in us makes us happy and it manifest in our mood. Love this audiobook, A very simple journal that we can do. Simple but full of positivity I would say. This is awesome.

I Found Myself
This week long journey of loving my true self was invigorating. I realized that there is a part of me that I left on the road a long time ago and listening to this audiobook was like walking back, holding my hand and catching back up to the present. Definitely recommend, I'm going to listen again and again.

A humble visit in the distant past.
This book brings back some memories as it rejuvenates our memories so we can feel young again. What a nice little gift! We go in life with all that happens around us in a fast past world and forget to look after ourselves or that the life passes us by so quickly - this book will bring it home for you. Tremendously enjoyed the 7 day segmented routine as the mind shift is achieved within 7 days. Thank you again!

Love it
It's definitely a book that everyone who has friends or family members who want to feel young all over again should listen to as well as give to them since not only is it about how one can bring back in themselves their childhood spirit in such an easy and amusing manner, but it also teaches about how much you can love yourself. Fantastic book - highly recommend!
After hitting a low point in life I turned to every resource available to me including online videos, podcasts, And audiobooks.
This was by far the most powerful tool to help me back on my feet. Wonderful Meditation and Childhood Memory chapters that provided unique content not found elsewhere. Highly recommend!

Loving your Inner Child!
It's amazing how often our own needs take a back seat to others around us, our spouse, friends children, etc. This beautiful audiobook puts things into perspective and making time for ourselves and getting in touch with that inner, playful, young, self. As we get older, we sometimes tell ourselves that we are too old to start something new or our childhood traumas stop us from pursuing our once steadfast dreams and goals. In this audiobook, we're encouraged to find our true identities. Being joyful and having fun with our family are still things we can do. Our inner child makes us happy, and our attitude reflects that. The narrator does a great job of bringing this importance to life. This audiobook takes you on a simple, yet absolutely amazing journey into rediscovering your true self.
