uncover your real worth!
I am so happy to grab my hands onto this amazing book. I've been going through a difficult phase lately and this audiobook proved to be a therapy for me. We often have an inner voice speaking that we're not doing good or something is not fine and that keeps us away from all the happiness and self confidence. Women are often seen being conscious about their skin color, but, trust me none of this matters. You should never compare yourself with anyone and focus on your highs always in order to be an independent and successful women. Learn from your experiences and follow the guidelines author has shared, you'll be in peace!

This comprehensive audiobook will show you how to genuinely feel secure and confident in your own body.
Personally this book helped me a lot in embracing myself and my past. Being a student of psychology it helped me to understand new and interesting concepts of overcoming low self esteem.

Very useful for those looking to boost themselves
I once read about self-esteem and how it could kill your dreams. And this book provides additional information on how you can change that. Sarrana explains what's holding you back from achieving your goals, and also shows ways on how to practically change it with the 13 steps. Truly an amazing guide!
Wow! I was very impressed of how much it goes in depth on everything. Listening to this audiobook definitely boosts your self-esteem. It helps you become confident at whatever level you are with overcoming doubts and fears and discover who you really are and change your wrong thinking. A great book for times like these
This audiobook lays out the essential 13 steps to optimize self-esteem in detail. I’d say my favourite section was chapter 4 “Retraining the brain to notice and remember good stuff” and chapter 7 “Raise your inner voice”. It will be a good resource to refer back to when needed.
Definitely recommend this audiobook!
