Many people often associate the fatty liver condition with alcohol intake. However, fatty liver is not always the result of excessive alcohol consumption. This is only one of the reasons why the condition occurs.
There is a prediabetes stage that can also cause fatty liver; this stage is called insulin resistance, which is characterized by weight gain and fat deposits in all viscera, including the liver.
Excessive consumption of medications can also lead to the development of fatty liver since this is the organ responsible for processing all the chemicals we ingest. Other less frequent causes of fatty liver are viral hepatitis, genetic diseases of the liver, and obesity, among others.
It is for these reasons that even if you are sober, it does not mean that it is impossible for you to get a fatty liver. That is, it will not be caused for this reason, but even so, there are many other aspects that can influence the fatty liver to manifest itself.

This book has about one page of useful content. Otherwise, it's nothing but repeatative . it was painful to listen to. I applaud the guy for trying
