Great Resource for Better Health
Not only does this book contain great recipe ideas, but it has a lot of comprehensive information about total body health and nutrition. A lot of research was done to provide accurate information. I've read a lot of diet books, and this has been one of my favorites.

This book Covers the low sodium diet known as the DASH diet. It gives the basics of the diet and then delves into many different recipes for you to follow. Adapting to this new lifestyle can be tricky but this book definitely helps. Many people with high blood pressure rely on this diet as a way to manage their health and this book provides plenty of recipes so you don't have to worry about variety.

Some great info!
