About this listen

Jason Bourne tackles a global media conspiracy in the latest electrifying entry in Robert Ludlum’s #1 New York Times bestselling series.

Jason Bourne has faced many killers before, but none as dangerous or as cruelly inventive as the assassin who calls himself Lennon. Bourne thought he had Lennon cornered in Iceland, only to have the killer escape in a fiery explosion. Now Lennon’s trail leads Bourne to New York and then to Washington – and the body count rises with each deadly encounter.

But who is Lennon working for? Bourne believes the assassin has a shadowy new employer called the Pyramid. The only clue to the group’s agenda is a young German woman murdered in Washington on her way to a covert meeting. But the woman’s entire identity turns out to be a lie, and news reports of her death have been strangely twisted and suppressed.

Finding the truth about this woman may be Bourne’s only chance to catch Lennon – and uncover the conspiracy behind the Pyramid. But the chase comes with high stakes. Bourne’s former lover, journalist Abbey Laurent, is digging into the mystery too, and Jason’s perilous battle against Lennon and the Pyramid will soon put Abbey in the assassin’s crosshairs.

Bourne will need to use every bit of his tradecraft and his genius for mayhem to expose this web of lies and murder before Lennon kills the woman he loves.

Brian certainly knocked it out of the park with The Bourne Sacrifice and having Scott Brick lend his voice was perfect! One gentle complaint, you left us hanging at the end when Bourne remembered things from his past.

I nearly gouged my eyes out!

Can’t wait for the next audible book from Brian and Scott!!!!

Best Bourne Novel

It is wonderful to read these Bourne novels by Brian Freeman, who does an amazing job of capturing the essence of the character and world of Robert Ludlum's Jason Bourne and building his own world while adding new elements. The pacing, the settings, the action sequences, the timely plot line, the characters; it is a great read and highly recommended.

Another Great Read True To Bourne

Not as much action as I would like but it’s still great. The series is somewhat repetitive

It was good but slow

Bourne went through a time period with another author that got too far fetched and completely unbelievable. Brian Freeman brings Bourne back to the hero of the Robert Ludlum days. Welcome back Bourne!

Good addition to the Bourne saga

It’s what I like

As always, Bourne can come through in the tough situations with determination and action to over come all his foes, most of the time. Through in a little romance to round out a good plot, in the end this would make a good movie.

Bourne at his best, murder, distrust, betrayal

First of all congratulations goes to Scott brick nobody does a better job of narration than this narrator. He is amazing I have listened to everything that Scott brick has narrated and in fact my choice of books or based on his narration. Having said that, Jason Bourne and this book in particular is one of the best. Well thought through good plot a good set up for a sequel. Great job to the author. Can’t wait for the sequel.
