every time I read books from this sequel I keep thinking it's my favorite and then I get to the next one and it's my favorite and then I get to the other next one and so on. the author did a magnificent job I tell you these stories in a way tugs at your heart but without steaming repetitive. I know anyone who listens to these stories will most definitely enjoy it. highly recommend. looking forward to to the next book on the sequel.

Love the story. Well told, great insight into the characters, their insecurities, hopes, and the challenges that they overcome. Very much enjoyed listening to the story on audible We think it’s the best book so far in the Lancaster series.

This book is exactly what I needed to see me through my final project. I am so glad it is in audio format. The reader was fantastic. What a sweet story. I have loved all of Eden’s books but I think this one is in my top 5 favorites.

Hard to listen to the terrible English accent but great story. Very predictable but still fun and enjoyable.

The narration for this book is well done. I love the story, feel bad for Daphne in her loneliness and love James and his ability to stand before the duke with integrity. And I adore the duke and his sweet attachment and desire to care for the family. He is a good man even if he is scary as all get out.
My only negative for this story is that there is a good deal of repetition with Daphne and the explanation for why she feels so rejected. And probably too much for James' feelings too. I didn't need it explained so many times. Just a quick mention of all those feelings being back would have sufficed.
Even so, I loved the story and the whole series.

The lady had no idea how to narrate the Duke of Kielder. Always screaming in your ear!

Sarah delivers again, with wit, charm and love! I love a book that makes you cheer for both characters and a series that keeps you in touch with all the other characters from previous! Can’t wait to get the next one in a few days!
