There is the inheritance from the Earl and Countess of Netherfield, which their greedy father and mother know nothing about, and in fact believe they have already spent, without the ladies knowledge. And now there is a second inheritance, which is from their own paternal grandmother, Elizabeth Bennet.
That intrepid lady left her fortune in the hands of her best friend, the dowager Duchess of Stiles, Margaret Vassell. A lady of great business acumen, who invested and reinvested the money many times over the years, and now it is a huge fortune that includes a profitable estate in Bath.
Unfortunately, Elizabeth Bennet their grandmother, left a clause in her Will, that has greatly endangered all of her granddaughters lives. The Will states, her son Henry Bennet will inherit everything, if any of her granddaughters die before they reached their majority, or before they have signed for their part of the inheritance. Henry Bennet is now bound and determined to outright murder each and every one of those girls, with Longbourn becoming an estate that is about to fail, he feels it is his only choice. That and greed and of course the fact, he abhors every single one of those girls, and wish they had never been born.
From the moment he learns all about the second inheritance left to those girls by his own mother, the Bennet sisters lives become a race against time, as they try to keep one step ahead of their father, George Wickham, William Collins and Caroline Bingley, who have all banded together to end their lives. Even though each day is filled with fear and tension, each of the ladies find love and acceptance, with men who are strong minded, and loyal to a fault. Most of all the sisters gather new allies!
Allies of strength and character, who are determined to help them to finally rid themselves of the fear, constant mental and physical abuse, from people who have never acted as parents to any of them. Allies, who make the decision to take the matter to the highest court of England, as that is the only way to protect the Bennet sisters, and even that may not be enough.
Join me in reading the twist and turns and unbelievable discoveries that all of the Bennet sisters encounter, just to finally find the peace, quiet, and love they deserve. From Hertfordshire, to the Courts of London, Kent county and finally the final confrontation in Meryton, the tension and excitement never ends!
WARNING: This book has some scenes of extreme violence. I did not mean in any way to offend anyone, but this was a story that begged to be told. If violence of any type is abhorrent to you, I apologize. If you wish you can skip those pages, and hopefully enjoy the rest of the book.

My children say I’m a grammar nazi. They may be right but the erroneous choices of pronouns & some 21st century syntax were problematic & I found myself correcting each time a subjective pronoun (he, her, they, we) was used where it should have ben
objective (her, him, them, theirs).

I will say the descriptions of Caroline's gowns did make me literally laugh out loud. That was actually very enjoyable.
Yay! It's finally over!

The VV wasn’t awful but not as enjoyable as a talented voice actor but I appreciate that it was included with Plus. Thank you!
