Great Way to Take a Shadow Work Journey!
I recently learned about Shadow Work and wanted to check it out on Audible since I am not much of a reader. But I do love to journal! I just finished listening to Self-Guided Shadow Work for Beginners by Leigh W. Hart, and it was a game-changer. The audiobook felt like a personal therapist guiding me through self-discovery exercises and journal prompts. I wrote in my own journal when a journal prompt really spoke to me. I was also able to download the entire workbook and several bonus workbooks, which was great! I have referred back to them to dive deeper into certain sections. The practical exercises and detailed case examples make it easy to dive deep into your subconscious and tackle hidden issues. I personally enjoyed all the stories told and research shared. The narration is clear and engaging. If you want to understand yourself better and grow using shadow work, this is a must-listen!
