Fabulous book, life changing
Terri Cole has built on her brilliant podcast skills and produced a book which is beautifully organized and presents life changing strategies in easily-accessible ways. Even those of us who have some decent boundary skills benefit tremendously from this book. I certainly have! And those of us who haven’t thought about how problems in our lives stem from lacking boundary-setting skills need it now! Because of this book, I am well in my way to being a BB. Thank you, Terri!!

Boundary Bible
I have read hundreds of self help books and never written a review before now. Everyone needs to read and practice these golden principles. It should be taught in school and if not, at the very least, in college. Even those who have good boundaries will greatly benefit from this material. For those with weak boundaries it is absolutely essential for a healthier and happier life, lived with integrity. I wish I had this many years ago. As a mental health counselor, I will recommend this book to my clients (and possibly require it at times). It not only explains but it also guides you in HOW to live in alignment with your own values and create more peace in the world, beginning with you.

Fabulous tool for self empowerment
I recommend this book for everyone but especially women. She points out how women have been socialized to put the needs of others above our own and the many ways that this can be detrimental to our mental health. I wish I had this book in my 20s but better late than never.

Nodding my head in agreement
Everything about this book resonated deeply with me. The way it is presented with stories of Terri’ life too made it feel like an intimate exchange of information and not a “ hey you need re-inventing” kind of vibe to it. Best Book on Boundaries
This book changed my life. This book gave me the tools and skills I needed to have better boundaries in my life. This book helps you let go of any old beliefs that don’t serve you in having thriving relationships. Her honesty and vulnerability gives you the courage to look at yourself in a whole new light.
