This audiobook provided me with practical applications to improve my relationships and Anxiety. I have suffered greatly and only recently found this book. For people suffering from stress and anxiety, obsessions, and depression, even severe, this book goes around everything.

A good introduction

A good introduction to the fundamental concepts and notable people to Improve his Stress and Anxiety. I already knew some of this stuff, but since I'm a massive fan of this speech book, the main overview of the different facets of Control of my Emotions.

This is an amazing little audiobook!

Exactly what I needed

The steps for dealing with anxiety are clear, progressive and actionable. I found the audio book interesting and easy to listen .This audio book explains that there are various types of disorders or problems whatever you want to call it that are defined as anxiety, and each individual needs to be treated individually.There is a lot of information but the areas that are familiar were easy to identify.
