Extremely helpful book bundle

This book is a really good tool in understanding the way your brain functions to help you manage anxiety. This book has really helped to understand why you feel helpless sometimes like you can't control your reactions and emotions but gives you the tools on how this works so you can gain control again and manage your life.

begin your day with the help of this book

Currently in recovery from severe anxiety and I find meditation to be the best to start my day. I'm getting a lot of positive energy because of this guided meditation book.

Well organized

I learned many different applications of mindfulness that were not immediately apparent to me. For example, how mindfulness can be used to become comfortable with anxiety-producing situations.
