I can never sleep.. like I usually go to bed at 3 or 4 AM and try to to live like a normal person during the day who has gotten a full night sleep.
I have listened to this book about 5 times now, and it has put me to sleep every time.
It hard for me to review though, because I never get to the end of it while awake. But I can say it does help me fall asleep!

What made the experience of listening to Deep Sleep Hypnosis the most enjoyable?

I appreciated that this was straight forward and not overly cheesy.

What was one of the most memorable moments of Deep Sleep Hypnosis?

I liked the line, "All hypnosis is self-hypnosis", which reminds you that you have to learn to help yourself.

What about Mindfulness Training’s performance did you like?

The sound levels were good. With the narration and background music/sound one did not make the other harder to hear. I listen to music or nature sounds every night and I get frustrated, and so does my husband trying to sleep next to me, when I have to turn it up really loud just to hear it and then all of a sudden there is something too loud and it wakes me back up or startles me out of relaxation.

The narration is smooth with a gentle tone.

Has helped me wind down a racing mind and fall into a deeper sleep. I would recommend for people who have a hard time switching their brain off from thinking and anxiety to get a more restful sleep.

This book was so relaxing to listen to that I'm not sure if I learned anything because I feel asleep!
well listened during the day and wow it's great. it's better to listen to when your trying to go to sleep.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. The book offers affirming, peaceful messages about happiness, love, self-confidence, along with many other uplifting messages. I enjoyed the soft ambient music playing behind the amazing soft-spoken female narrator. I highly recommend this book. Looking forward to getting more books by Mindfulness Training.
