What is your state of horror?
Come take a unique tour of the state of Illinois. Visit a little known pizza place where the deep-dish pizza is to die for. Spend the night in a haunted house or explore an abandoned resort town. What happens when you disturb the sanctity of an ancient deity? Swim with us in a lake where fish are not the only creatures under the water's surface. Ghosts, mobsters, and zombies all provide thrills as we explore the Land of Lincoln.
The number 13 is often viewed as an unlucky, even evil number. However, here it is only fitting we traverse the horrors of Illinois through 13 tales to make the heart beat just a little faster. Join us if you dare.
Stories by: Stuart Conover, Eric I. Dean, DJ Tyrer, Della West, Claire C. Riley, Herika R. Raymer, Frank J. Edler, Julianne Snow, A. Lopez, Jr., Armand Rosamilia, Eli Constant, P. David Puffinburger, and Jay Seate

If you could sum up State of Horror: Illinois in three words, what would they be?
Inventive, Entertaining and DelightfulWhat other book might you compare State of Horror: Illinois to and why?
All of the State of Horror books have great stories by multiple Authors.Have you listened to any of Jack Wallen, Jr.’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
Yes, He is a terrific Narrator. He has such a broad range of voice, he is always entertaining and can be easily heard and understood. You are never confused with what character is speaking. He keeps the pitch and tone consistent for each character throughout the story. Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
All of the stories were wonderful. The ones that I liked the best were Armand Rosamilia's "Great Mistakes" finding the one sports card ect to complete your collection.Della West's story "Chicago Mike"it is never a good idea to laugh or poke fun at strangers that may approach you,you do not know the depth of the evil that hide behind their eyes."Out comes the Wolves" by Claire C Riley was also a story your imagination can take hold and run with.Delightfully Spooky
