Excellent hypnotherapy listen

I really enjoy listening to this when heading to sleep or if I need to calm down and can pull this out. His voice is soothing and the more times I listen the quicker I calm down.

My only gripe is the narrator comes back in after being silent for a while and it startles me every time. Also, the end of the book announces the Audible message and will wake me up if I was a sleep. That might be a benefit for some people.

Joel has a ton of different books on Audible. I'm trying out the 8hr version next.

Relax while you sleep!

I cant sleep without this

this has helped me over and over with my anxiety attacks, and my sleep apnea. I rely on this man to help me. and it does. it's so soothing and comforting.

pacing issue

I believe this could have been a good a better process if the pacing slower. it felt kinda rushed.

feels rushed...music is too intense.

Really enjoyed the sleep one and others from the same person. This feels rushed - my anxiety kicked up a notch. Didn't get very far.

Really?

At the end of the audiobook when you are nice and relaxed the audio gets significantly louder and a woman literally shouts out the credits. This rips you out of your relaxed state undoing the goal of this audiobook to leave you in a chilled out state. The production team must have had their head in the clouds or a lack of empathy with the listener.

loud mouth at the end ruins it

like the title says. big yap at the end credits ruins the entire experience for me
