Wish it was longer and finished out the kids stories. It left more to know

This is short catch up of what has happened to the characters from Summer Of 69. It was interesting, but forgettable.

I loved the Summer of 69, but 79...not so much

this story seems to reverse all plans and character development that was made by the end of Summer of '69. it seems like it would have been possible to expand on these characters' stories without demolishing the character development from the previous book. For example, we were led to believe that Angus was on a path to healing and change and then 9 years in he completely backslides? Maybe more context or additional backstory would have helped this feel less abrupt?

not what I expected

It was a nice and quick follow up to the Summer of '69, giving an update on all the characters and what they're up to which was neat but it was so short. I would have honestly preferred to not have an update at all and leave my mind wondering how they all turned out. OR...if this book had been longer and more in depth detail for the characters, I would've liked that. Still it was a fun book to listen to.

A quick follow up to Summer of '69

Fun way to revisit the family from Summer of 69. It’s less of a story and more of an update, tying the story up in a nice, clean little bow. It’s a quick, easy listen and enjoyable if yo e read the first one.

Nice ending to the first book

I hope there will be a sequel, still in ‘79. This little book keeps you hanging! Great storylines, and as always, so well written!

Too short

The story was interesting and I looked forward to reading because the charge in the previous book were great. While it was good, it was not as interesting.

Good but not as great as the Summer of 69

Good follow up to the Original book. Wraps up everything so we get the inside scoop on the sisters.

Not worth the Audible credit.
Could have expanded the stories on the kids, it’s been 10 years.
