This is fun and you'll enjoy

You'll enjoy this book and learn a bunch at the same time.
The series is awesome and I'm looking forward to more.
It's pretty much a prepper book and story but if you don't have a clue it'd be a good idea to get this book series and listen to them you'll do well.
Enjoy either way.

A must read

Where does Surviving Home rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This book should be read by every American.

What other book might you compare Surviving Home to and why?

I can't think of any other books to compare it too. It is just a story that is hitting all too close home right now. As the Boy Scouts always say, "Be Prepared". I've lived that way my whole life.

What does Duke Fontaine bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

His voice gave it life.

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The breakdown of the community and how fast your neighbors would turn on you for a scrap of food if you had some and they didn't.

Any additional comments?

Final comment would be to always have a few cans of food on the shelf and some bottled water. I know this is just a book but look what looters did in Katrina. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. I always try to hide away a couple cans of food every now and then (rotate you're stock) and some bottled water just in case. I highly recommend this book. It have me some insight as well as entertainment.

Home is not what he thought he'd find

I love this book as Morgan is home now but things are not as nice as he hoped they would be. Issues continue to happen.
Duke really brings the members of Morgan's crew alive in the 'acting" out of this book and the whole series. This is what I listen to when I cannot stand TV, or just lonesome for friends I'd like to meet. The story is good, and I have read it several times and listened several times. For the complete series. I highly recommend this/these books and Duke's reading to anyone.

Better than book one.

Season two and three of the Walking Dead at Morgan's home. Thad and Sarge face interesting twists.

Best narrator I've heard yet!

This story is hard to pull out of - you will want to stay and fight alongside these characters! Duke Fontaine is the perfect narrator for this saga.
