Narrator Choppy, Nutrition Advice One Sided

The narration was choppy, re-starting numerous times. Chapter 21 is a repeat of chapter 20, oops! Nutrition advice is certainly biased towards non-medicinal remedies to emotional crisis and illness. The bottom line is you take what you need to get better and, don’t add guilt to your situation for not deriving remedy purely from food. Medicine was characterized as damaging, that’s inappropriate proselytizing . This book could have been written in one pamphlet or extended chapter. The constant recitation of listener praise testimonial is annoying and overly emphasizes the power of social media that so often leads us deeper into an abyss. It’s also a cheap way to fill out pages. Acceptance of self-criticism is under-addressed! This book wasn’t worth an entire credit. Sorry for the negativity. Thank you for focusing your work on this topic. Do better than this to be your best; to the producer too.
