A Guide for Bringing benefits from doing Taekwondo
This is a great book. It contained all the essential knowledge about the origin of sports and their basic principles, which came from ancient techniques used in the Korean War. I highly recommend this book, as it helped me master a few techniques and movements like self-defence and blocking. I have been trying to do it for many weeks, but now I think I will pass it in my next taekwondo class. I am grateful to the author for writing such a detailed and comprehensive guide for us. It was worth my money, so I am recommending it to all Taekwondo lovers.

learning experience!
Taekwondo is one of the best strength training for muscles and our body. My brother recently developed interest in this and asked me to look up for some classes so he can learn this amazing sport. Hats off to author for being my brothers perfect teacher and explaining each and every detail with enthusiasm that he didn't join any other class. The book is very informative as i ended up knowing all the taekwondo stuff which my brother was supposed to learn.

Pretty interesting!
I have always been interested in Taekwondo and other eastern disciplines. This book is the best introduction to an unfamiliar thing I have ever read. This was simple, to the point, and packed with rich content needed to know about this "sport." What I like about this is the emphasis placed on discipline and strength of mind. Fascinating Audiobook!
i never knew anything about Taekwando, but really enjoyed the history as it was presented in this book. After the author emphasizes that it should only be used in competitions or as a last resort on the streets in self-defense, several stretching and preparation exercises are described as well as several variations of techniques. The instructions are easy to follow and will give the beginner student instruction on how to concentrate and use self-control in their movements. A must-read for those interested in this unique sport.

This was a great audiobook for me. I have always wanted to learn more about Taekwondo but didn't have time. I finally decided to buy this book to learn something about it. Beautiful sport!
I learned while listening to this book that Taekwondo is not only a sport for strengthening and toning muscles, but also improves concentration and endurance. Those who practice it claim that it brings inner peace and helps develop discipline. Taekwondo is a strength-based sport that requires a lot of mental exercise.
In addition to building muscle, students learn to make quick decisions, keeping in mind to avoid hitting, not hurting. It's an art, that's for sure.
