Such a Great Resource

I highly recommend this book! While many books about strength and exercise in women promote intensive training, light weights, excess cardio (I’ve read them all), the author has provided a calm, yet deliberate way to promote strength with relaxation. Smart exercise and a good diet can take you farther in life than extremes of either. The book emphasizes the idea that a moving force is much more adaptable to change than a sedentary one. This is a must listen.

Wow a very good explanation!

Truly enjoyed this book, it was very specific and went straight to the point. I’ve always enjoyed strength training as I know it keeps me healthy and strong for older age and this book really dives into each detail so that you can get stronger and in better shape even as you age.

Far more than just strength building!

This book provides a wealth of resources, tips, exercises and lifestyle change suggestions to support better health, and even mental health! The heart of it is about training for strength, however, and the exercise regimen is a good one, including advice for any age or background. This is some book!

Very educational for Women of Any Age

I had been concerned about my diminishing strength in my upper body for a long time. As a "senior" woman, I was particularly interested in the discussion of how to build back your muscles, and the fact that it is never too late to start. Also, very helpful were the goals needed for each age in a woman's life. I am highly recommending this book to my daughter for her enlightenment and encouragement to stay active.

A perfect gift for women!

A perfect gift for women. I got this audiobook for my wife and we listened a lot together. Weight loss, muscle building, eating habits, lifestyle, and health improvement are all discussed in detail in this book. It also has a good narration and I enjoyed listening to it.

Insightful Guide

Brilliant guide, i have been looking to get into strength training and this was a brilliant road map with lots of useful strategies.
Its an audio to keep for life as it covers all stages. Strength training is so important for your muscles and this guide informs you of the importance.

Awesome!

If you or your loved one needs help to get in shape, then you need to listen to this audiobook! The author does a great job explaining how to start exercising and stay motivated to achieve fitness goals. I got his audiobook for my mother, her and I listened to it together. My mom and I loved the in-depth explanation of the exercises, nutrition, and mindset that helped her stay motivated. The narration sounds nicely and flows well with the material. Highly recommended to women of all age! A++

Very Motivational!

I really enjoyed listening and have gotten a lot from it and many women will certainly benefit from what I have learned in this book. Sometimes a person has the desire, but it feels almost impossible to make it happen. This book is very simple and easy to follow. Women typically find this difficult, but by following the advice in this book, you can progress more gradually and with less pressure.

Wow! What an amazing guidebook! This book can be really beneficial for women.
