Fell asleep quickly multiple times
I am a 43-year-old who doesn't sleep like I used to. I attribute it to menopause mostly. I can go to sleep but will wake up and sometimes it's multiple times in an hour, not just in a night. This puts me to sleep fast and while I do wake up 2 times a night, it puts me right back to sleep when I restart it. It's working great for me!
