very relaxing - does the job
Great book of affirmations and sleep meditation. The phrases and affirmations were unique and not anything I've heard elsewhere. I'm sleeping better now and find that it's helped my insomnia.
I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to improve their bedtime routine or struggles with falling asleep. The relaxing music and the book length are perfect for this.

Seriously powerful affirmations!
I've been wanting to experiment more with affirmations, and have been wondering how effective listening to sleep affirmations are at night. Gave this audiobook a shot for a bout a week, and genuinely feel like my mood has shifted. I've usually let it play on a loop and by the time I wake up, feel surprisingly rejuvenated.
