very relaxing - does the job

Great book of affirmations and sleep meditation. The phrases and affirmations were unique and not anything I've heard elsewhere. I'm sleeping better now and find that it's helped my insomnia.

I would recommend this book to anyone who wants to improve their bedtime routine or struggles with falling asleep. The relaxing music and the book length are perfect for this.

I have been adamant about practicing meditation every day, and using meditation to drift off to sleep is no exception.

Great Narration and Brilliant Audiobook

Sleep peacefully with this book!

I absolutely loved this book. The author did a great job teaching you positive affirmations that will encourage you to speak well of yourself and help you sleep peacefully. The narrator's voice was strong and made it easy to listen to this book. Overall, an excellent book that is not too long, but the perfect length that will inspire you with positive vibes and get you to sleep.

Seriously powerful affirmations!

I've been wanting to experiment more with affirmations, and have been wondering how effective listening to sleep affirmations are at night. Gave this audiobook a shot for a bout a week, and genuinely feel like my mood has shifted. I've usually let it play on a loop and by the time I wake up, feel surprisingly rejuvenated. Definitely a fun foray into affirmations, and for anyone curious, would recommend giving a shot!

Wonderful audiobook
