A book that speaks the importance of mindfulness.

Anastasia expertly shepherds the reader through their journey towards sobriety and self-control by drawing from her personal experience and her profound understanding of the underlying elements of wellness, consciousness, and ritual. Her tone throughout is encouraging and empathic.
