If you're ready to change, this is the book

Would you listen to The Little Book of Big Change again? Why?

I mean, WOW!! For anyone like me that has struggled for decades with one or more unwanted habits, this book is a permanent game-changer. In addition to Amy's insights into the nature of thoughts & emotions as they relate to addictions, obsessions, compulsivity, etc. being spot on, her book is extraordinarily well written and refreshing in it's simple (but not simplistic), clear, easy approach. And it's completely devoid of all the usual psycho-baffle-gab so commonly found in the self help genre. As a result of the freedom I acquired through the insights written about by Amy, I am not only recommending this book to my own clients, I am retaining Amy as my own life coach. If you are looking to free yourself of one or more unwanted habits, even if you've tried everything under the sun, the answers in this book are what you're looking for. If you are already a practicer of mindfulness, this book will add even more to your understanding.

Life Changing

This book has been sitting in my library for months. Not even realizing what it was about, or when I even purchased it, I decided to give it a listen. From the first few paragraphs I was hooked. This, in my opinion, is the best book on correcting bad habits, addictions, negative thinking, and so much more. Honestly grateful for this gem.

wow... Just wow!

Having just finished my first listen, I feel I need to go back and let myself absorb this fresh and logical concept. This is the root work... deep but practical work.

Insightful and intelligent

This book was tremendously insightful and delivered in an intelligent way! I was less to this book first by binge breakers, then brain over binge and finally rational recovery. If you truly want to break any habit or so cdd add lord addiction, you WILL accomplish it through this method! Simply amazing!

This book struck a chord. I almost immediately started looking at my habit is a new way and this new perspective has helped tremendously. My habit has subsided. When an urge comes up I pause, I let the thought pass and I go about doing whatever I was doing before the urge hit me. Absolutely worth the read.

to be read a re read often

Narrator was perfect.
This book is life changing. I plan to keep listening forever.
I knew these concepts but this author helped me to get it into my heart and nature and not just my head. I need constant reminders of the truths I found in here.
