Great book for both child and parent...
I am a believer of Steven Covey's 7 habits, read it and listened to it as a young professional, have used it many times in both my personal and business life. When my son's 9th grade summer reading requirement was 7 habits for teens...I was thrilled. I ordered thinking I would just breeze through and listen to parts...ended up listening to the book and then listening again with him. I would recommend it to any parent who has a child who like to set goals, plays sports, and win in life. Sean does a great job reading his words, and the kids telling their storie and view point add some interest. My son enjoyed it also.

Might like it better than the Original
I am a teacher and everything changed (or began) when my school started the Leader in Me program. I read that book first, the Happy Kids one, the 7 Habits of Highly Successful People, and now this book. Overall, I love the Habits books, but this might be my favorite. It is broken down a little simpler and addresses many common issues teens and young adults face without being overly preachy or extreme.
I can't imagine what my life would be like if I read this as a teen.

Great book as expected.
Book and principals are excellent as expected. It is basically the same as 7 habits of highly effective people just with some more entertainment to keep a teens attention. I wasn't a fan of Steven Covey's voice in his audio book and it continues with Sean. They just don't have great audio book voices or reading ability.

Fantastic book! I loved the content, the author and the speaker. Nothing but good stuff here I promise! Going to listen to this many times. My kids are already listening to it as well!
