When Eden’s father dies in a plane crash, her life’s turned upside down. Grief turns to fear when she learns that it wasn't an accident. Everyone involved in an archaeological dig twenty years ago has met with a similar untimely end. Everyone that is, but Eden who was ten at the time.

When her father’s house is raided and burned to the ground, Eden’s forced into action. To learn the truth about her father’s death and save herself from sharing his fate, Eden must uncover the manuscript and expose its secrets once and for all.

THE ARK FILES is the first in a brand-new pulse-pounding archaeological thriller series by Luke Richardson. Fans of Dan Brown, Clive Cussler, and Ernest Dempsey will devour this in hours!

While THE ARK FILES has loads of conflict, chase scenes, fighting and suspense, there's no swearing, sex or gore.

I read a ton of books a year. Usually around 250 so I read well written books and at times not well written ones. This was VERY well done. I loved the characters and plot moved along at a great pace. I binged this book in 2.5 days. I told Luke to write faster! lol. Very enjoyable and entertaining read. I can't wait for the next one to come to audible in February. I only wish Baxter would be there too with Eden.

Great plot

A Disappointing Read
This book left me feeling disappointed due to its overwhelming focus on action sequences, including gunplay and motor chases, at the expense of deeper intrigue and archaeological exploration. As someone who enjoys a blend of historical intrigue and suspense, I found that the book fell short of my expectations.
If you are a reader who appreciates high-octane adventures and relentless action, this book might appeal to you. However, for those like myself who anticipated a richer narrative filled with historical discoveries and intellectual challenges, this book may not meet your expectations.
While the fast-paced scenes may captivate some, the lack of substantial storyline and engaging archaeological content made it a less satisfying read for me.

The reader was boring. I fell asleep. She could talk about an ambush in the same tone as drinking a cup of tea.

I joyed the story just not the reader

Overall an interesting story. Sort of an odd twist at the end but it works well for a set up of the series.

Interesting plot
