Listening to this book was hard because I did not practice the techniques. The first part is okay to listen but the 2nd part must be practiced. Get the book and practice otherwise skip this. The content is good, but only if you practice it.

Do not buy this waste of time the author only makes qualifying statements about daoism and anecdotes and rambles on and on uselessly without getting to any methodology of the practice. Absolute waste of 10$

Scam

This is terrible. It is read by the author, and he does such an awful job of reading his own work, that it is impossible to listen. He stumbles over words, mispronounces and then has to correct himself, pauses and restarts. Don't bother with this.
